Added IP-Port to the Windows service description

QuickEdit will only display files that exist on the game server(This feature requires the server monitor to be active)

Administrators can enable the display of blacklisted files to FTP clients(Changing this setting will require a backend restart)

Clicking on a gameserver line will now bring up the proper page instead of a white page with the “Info” contents
